Our allotment site is very popular, with many local residents who enjoy growing fruit, vegetables and flowers in a vibrant and friendly community. Would you like to become one of them? If so, please put your name down on our waiting list.
We usually have around 70 people on our waiting list, but as we are one of the largest allotment sites in Barnet with 260 plots, plots do become available on a regular basis.
A copy of our terms and conditions of tenancy are available here. These describe clearly what you can and can’t do with an allotment. It’s important all members read and understand these.
If you’d like to join our waiting list, please fill out our application form. We’ll look forward to welcoming you!
Members pay rent for their plot, which is calculated according to the size of the plot, as is the charge for water, which is supplied through tanks spaced across the site. There is also an annual charge for membership which covers administration, insurance, and maintenance.
Members sign a tenancy agreement with the Association and are required to abide by our Rules and Terms and Conditions as part of their membership. We also have policies which cover what you should do on your plot, your behaviour, what to do if you have a complaint and other key issues.
