Our allotment site is very popular, with many local residents who enjoy growing fruit, vegetables and flowers in a vibrant and friendly community. Would you like to become one of them? If so, please put your name down on our waiting list.
We usually have around 70 people on our waiting list, but as we are one of the largest allotment sites in Barnet with around 250 plots, plots do become available on a regular basis.
A copy of our terms and conditions of tenancy are available here. These describe what we and you are allowed to use the allotment for, and what we can do on it. It’s important all members read and understand these.

Members pay a membership fee each year plus rent for their plot, which is calculated according to the size of the plot. There is also an annual charge for water, which is supplied through tanks spaced across the site.
Members sign a tenancy agreement with the Association and are required to abide by our Rules and terms and conditions as part of their membership. We also have policies which cover what you should do on your plot, your behaviour, what to do if you have a complaint and other key issues.
