Rules

As a Co-operative society we are bound by a set of Rules which all members must adhere to. These are registered with the FCA. You can read them here.

Byelaws

The Association committee agrees a set of byelaws which show the practical application of the rules so that members have a very clear understanding of what they can and can’t do. You can read them here.

Tenancy agreement

Each member signs a tenancy agreement which includes the byelaws when they take on a plot.

Shed application form

We have very clear guidelines about what you can and can’t do when putting up a shed or greenhouse. Before you do anything you must fill out a structure application form and give it to a member of the committee for approval. [ONLINE FORM TO COME]

Use of equipment

We load out mowers and strimmers at certain times. You may not use this equipment without training from a member of the committee first. Please ask for assistance.
